Some exciting news - we’re hiring three new members of staff. We will need to grow the team before we realise our ambition of opening 4 days per week at KVF. As a co-op, it’s us, the workers, along with our community share-holders (investor-members) who are the members of the co-op and who control and run the organisation together, so this is a brilliant opportunity for fulfilling work on an awesome project.
We have decided to be flexible about the job roles on offer. They are based around our five teams, although we are prioritising hiring someone to be our Finance Officer. When you apply, you can choose which job role you feel suits your skillset and we will grade applications on the skills that applicants would bring, and the skills we feel are lacking in the team.

Comms & Marketing
Community
Governance and Policy
As well as team leads, we are also hiring for one part-time Sauna Co-ordinator, whose role it will be to open the site and welcome customers.
We recognise that our current team lacks a level of diversity, and we warmly encourage applications from people of colour, women, non-binary and trans people, disabled and neurodiverse people, and individuals of all ages and backgrounds who can bring different perspectives to our work.
