Pay & Details:
£25k pro rata
Based at Kirkstall Valley Farm
15hours/week, including evenings, early starts and weekends.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the daily operations of the sauna space, your role will be to ensure a positive, comfortable experience for everyone who comes along to use the site. This will include opening/closing the site, lighting the fires, cleaning the saunas/ plunge pools, and welcoming customers. You’ll also be a Director Member of the cooperative, having as much say in decision-making as anyone else.
Whilst your first priority will be the customers and the space, there’ll be scope to make the job your own, for example by getting involved in other areas of the business that you find interesting, helping to run events and workshops, and making improvements and repairs to the site.

Someone who’s okay with working in an outdoor environment
Resilience and good problem-solving skills
Someone who enjoys working in a busy, welcoming environment.
Being passionate about saunas, community initiatives and cooperative working practices is a big plus!
